Economic benefits from EDF Renewables projects in Oklahoma since 2016
With today's focus on renewable energy sources, your land is more valuable than ever. You have the opportunity to maximize profits by leasing your property for solar development, while retaining most of your land for existing or other uses. EDF Renewables welcomes the opportunity to explore the benefits of developing a renewable energy partnership with you.
For the past 35 years, we have worked with hundreds of communities across the country building long-standing relationships with local leaders and neighbors. Our projects provide jobs, tax revenues, landowner payments and other sources of local economic development. EDF Renewables is committed to our host communities for the life of the project as a developer in the early stages and throughout as a long-term Operations & Maintenance provider.
Predictable, Long-Term Revenue Stream
Leasing your land for a Solar Project
provides you an additional revenue
stream. Long-term lease agreements
provide a reliable and passive income
source benefiting landowners and
their families for generations.
Dual Land Use
Solar projects can incorporate a
bee pollinator habitat and, in some
cases, accommodate grazing of small
livestock like sheep.
Community Benefits
We are fully committed to the
communities in which we work. Our
renewable energy projects generate
significant tax revenue, create jobs
and stimulate community investment.
Clean Energy
Landowners are hosting clean,
American-made energy that benefits
their own communities. Renewable
energy also reduces our country’s
dependence on foreign fuel.
We are a market-leading, independent power producer and service provider, delivering: wind (onshore and offshore), solar photovoltaic, storage, and electrical vehicle charging.
We would like to hear from you.
